During the last two weeks, we had a great opportunity to cooperate with AHK and Croatian Chamber of Commerce – County Chamber Čakovec in the organization of two online seminars related to employment. Ivan Matić, attorney at law at our Law firm shared his experience on termination of employment relations and judicial protection of rights arising from employment relations through a detailed analysis of case law of Croatian courts, with special emphasis on business-related termination of employment contracts. We are confident that all the participants will find the obtained information most useful not only in their daily operations but also in resolving the negative effects of the current COVID-19 pandemic on their businesses.
